More Than Studying Spiritual Ideas
Group coaching brings spiritual learning into lived experience through hands-on practice, personal guidance, meaningful discussion, and answers to questions you may not have even realized you needed to ask.
You learn not only through your own experiences, but also through the insights, challenges, questions, and breakthroughs of others. Someone else may ask the very question you have been carrying, describe a challenge you have experienced but could not quite name, or discover something that opens an entirely new perspective for everyone present.
Group size may vary, but the intention remains the same: a supportive circle where we learn from one another while receiving direct collective guidance from Rev. Devan Jesse Byrne.

Meetings are confidential and recorded only for private participant review. This creates a supportive space to honestly explore your emotions, thoughts, spiritual experiences, relationships, personal challenges, and developing awareness without worrying about a public audience.

MondaysAwareness establishes the foundation. Here we develop perceptual clarity by learning to notice patterns, recognize dynamics, question assumptions, and understand how our interpretations shape what we experience as “reality.”
Expect reflective dialogue, practical exercises, personal observation, and tools that help you see yourself and your experiences more clearly between sessions.
Awareness develops the steadiness and self-honesty necessary for genuine change to take root.
Awakening
WednesdaysAwakening includes the foundation of Awareness while moving further into the development and application of spiritual awareness.
We explore practical methods such as focused attention, contemplative inquiry, intuitive sensitivity, dream reflection, compassionate communication, energetic awareness, and learning to recognize and follow inner guidance.
The additional depth allows you to learn, practice, receive feedback, refine your approach, and begin applying spiritual insight more deliberately within everyday situations.
Ascension
FridaysAscension includes the work of Awareness and Awakening while moving further into transcendence, integration, and lived spiritual practice.
Here we work with loosening identification with reactive perspectives and learning to move through situations from a freer and more conscious center.
Practices may include non-dual orientation, surrender, forgiveness, perspective shifting, conscious devotion, and learning to recognize what remains true beyond the temporary conditions of the world.
Ascension is the most immersive pathway for those ready to make transformation an increasingly integrated part of everyday life.

Rather than endlessly collecting spiritual information, the Coaching Nexus follows a practical recurring rhythm designed to move understanding into lived experience.
Body
Notice how the teaching appears through your lived experience, reactions, habits, relationships, and everyday life.

Deepen spiritual awareness and your relationship with inspiration, intuition, inner guidance, and direct experience.
Mind
Examine the perspectives, beliefs, interpretations, and thought patterns shaping how you experience yourself and the world.

Return to share discoveries, projects, progress, breakthroughs, challenges, questions, and practical results.
The Coaching Nexus is where spiritual learning becomes lived experience— and where transformation no longer has to happen alone.
Direct Guidance Without Doing It Alone
Public events may offer a mild opportunity to ask questions and discuss the teachings, while private one-on-one coaching can be considerably more expensive.
Group coaching offers a valuable middle ground: direct guidance, practical application assistance, and shared learning at a more accessible cost.
Attendance may vary from meeting to meeting. Occasionally the group may be very small—or you may even be the only participant attending with Rev. Devan Jesse Byrne. When this happens, you may receive an unusually personal coaching experience at the group rate.
At other times, many people may attend. In larger meetings, individual coaching time cannot be guaranteed for every participant, but everyone has an opportunity to submit or ask questions and benefit from the experiences of the entire group.
Receive guidance concerning what you are actually encountering in your practice and your life.
Someone else may ask the question you had not yet thought to ask.
Move from concepts into observation, application, experience, and integration.
Explore challenges, insights, breakthroughs, and spiritual experiences within a participating community.

Give the Process Time to Work
A three-month commitment is important for creating recognizable and lasting results.
When choosing monthly billing, please approach the program as a minimum three-month commitment rather than as isolated individual sessions.
You are certainly welcome to participate primarily for answers, perspective, or guidance; however, deeper transformation requires consistency, participation, practice, and commitment.
Think of the first three months as enough time to move through a genuine process: noticing what is happening, practicing something different, receiving feedback, returning with your experience, and allowing the work to build upon itself.
Full Calendar Weeks Only
Coaching Nexus meets only during full calendar weeks. If the beginning or end of a month falls within a partial week shared with another month, that entire week is off. Major holidays are also observed.
Some months therefore contain three coaching weeks while others contain four coaching weeks.
The normal rhythm is Body › Spirit › Mind › Presentation. During three-week months, Presentation Week is simply skipped.
