All information, services, courses, sessions, communications, mentoring, coaching, resources, and content provided through Open and Clear Reality and UNDEFINABLE AND EXPANSIVE INC are offered solely as spiritual guidance within a spiritual and religious context. The purpose of these offerings is to support sincere personal and spiritual growth in a manner that honors privacy, trust, and the sacred nature of participation.

Belief in Our Work and Honest Limits

UNDEFINABLE AND EXPANSIVE INC, DBA OPEN AND CLEAR REALITY, affirms a sincere belief in its spiritual work, practices, and capabilities and intends to support meaningful personal and spiritual change. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no representation is made and no claim is stated or implied that any specific outcome, result, or effect will occur, whether spiritual, emotional, relational, professional, financial, or otherwise.

Any testimonials, stories, reflections, statements, or examples of experience that appear on any associated website or in any associated materials are provided solely as general information and individual experience narratives. Such materials do not constitute promises, guarantees, predictions, or warranties of results. Individual outcomes, if any, vary materially based on multiple factors, including the participant’s level of involvement, consistency, dedication, openness, readiness, beliefs, choices, and circumstances.

No Typical Results, No Outcome Promises

Spiritual growth is inherently personal and subjective. Accordingly, nothing shall be construed as typical results, average results, assured results, or guaranteed results. No assurance is made that prior experiences, testimonials, or historical outcomes described by others are indicative of future results for any participant.

The offerings are not presented as a system that guarantees change. Participants are advised to engage with discernment and personal responsibility.

Scope of Practice and Professional Boundaries

All practitioners connected to these offerings are to be understood strictly as spiritual and religious advisors offering guidance based on personal experience, spiritual practice, and religious perspective.

Unless expressly stated in writing with verified credentials, no practitioner associated with these offerings is licensed, certified, or legally trained in medicine, psychology, psychotherapy, psychiatry, law, finance, or any other regulated professional field. The services are not intended and shall not be construed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, condition, or medical or mental health issue.

No information or service provided through any Open and Clear Reality or UNDEFINABLE AND EXPANSIVE INC website, program, or communication constitutes medical advice, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency guidance.

Professional Care and Emergency Situations

Participants with medical, mental health, legal, or financial concerns are advised to consult qualified and licensed professionals. In any crisis, emergency, or potentially life threatening circumstance, participants must seek emergency services immediately and must not rely on spiritual services as a substitute for urgent professional care.

These offerings are not suitable for life threatening situations and are not a replacement for professional medical, psychological, legal, or emergency services.

Personal Responsibility

Any outcomes, experiences, or changes, if any, are dependent upon the participant’s personal participation, dedication, openness, and choices. The participant remains solely responsible for decisions and actions taken before, during, and after engagement with the offerings.

The participant agrees that UNDEFINABLE AND EXPANSIVE INC and OPEN AND CLEAR REALITY shall not be liable for decisions made or actions taken by the participant in reliance on any information or services provided through any associated website, service, course, session, message, email, or communication.

Privacy and Confidentiality

As a spiritual organization, UNDEFINABLE AND EXPANSIVE INC, DBA OPEN AND CLEAR REALITY, treats participation, support requests, and spiritual involvement as private. The organization affirms that it has no intention to preserve, expose, exploit, or breach participant support and involvement and that it has not done so.

The organization does not sell personal information. The organization does not rent, trade, or broker personal information. The organization does not use participant involvement to create advertising profiles.

The organization is not Google, Facebook, Meta, or any similar third party platform and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or operated by any such entity. If a participant chooses to sign in, subscribe, or interact via third party providers, those providers may collect information under their own privacy policies and technologies, which are outside the control of UNDEFINABLE AND EXPANSIVE INC and OPEN AND CLEAR REALITY.

Subscription Renewal, Cancellation, Refund Administration

Automatic Renewal

Subscription based offerings, where applicable, renew automatically each billing cycle, weekly, monthly, or annual, according to the plan selected by the participant at the time of purchase, provided the payment method remains valid and the account remains reachable.

Cancellation and Access Through Term

Cancellation may be completed at any time through the participant’s account dashboard, where available, or by contacting the organization. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the then current paid billing period unless otherwise stated in writing for a particular offering.

Plan Changes

Plan changes may be implemented by discontinuing an existing subscription and initiating a new subscription or plan. The prior plan continues through its current billing cycle at the agreed price. Where appropriate and at the organization’s discretion, remaining value may be applied as a credit toward a new plan when requested by the participant and when administratively feasible.

Refund Requests

Refund requests may be submitted within thirty days of purchase. Refund eligibility is determined on a case by case basis in the organization’s discretion, subject to the limitations and exclusions stated herein, and is administered with compassion and clarity.

Growth Oriented Services and Discomfort

Coaching and mentoring services are designed to encourage growth, which may include healthy discomfort. The participant acknowledges that discomfort alone does not establish refund eligibility. The organization distinguishes healthy discomfort, which may accompany learning, from harm, which the organization does not intend to cause and does not seek to cross.

Participants agree to notify their coach promptly if overwhelming distress arises so that pacing, scope, or format may be adjusted where appropriate and so that alternatives may be explored before a refund request is pursued.

Gentle Counsel Pacing

Where a participant has selected a non discounted Gentle Counsel option, the organization intends to honor the pacing and intensity associated with that option. If the participant determines the option remains unsuitable, the parties may discuss early termination and an appropriate resolution consistent with this policy.

Unintentional Renewal Refunds

In the event an unintended subscription renewal is processed, the organization may refund that renewal charge, less non refundable payment processing fees and any applicable bank reversal costs. Payment processing fees are typically five to seven percent and may be up to ten percent depending on currency exchange and processor costs. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Financial Hardship Considerations

In the event of financial hardship, the participant may request a pause, plan modification, scholarship consideration, payment plan option, or other accommodation. Where appropriate, the organization may consider a prorated or partial refund limited to unused future services, subject to the exclusions stated herein.

Services Already Begun

Once services have started, the participant acknowledges that time delivered and sessions completed are not refundable. If a participant elects to discontinue participation, the organization may, in its discretion, consider a partial refund only for unused future sessions that have not been delivered, provided the request is made within the thirty day refund request window and subject to administrative feasibility.

Non Refundable Items

Completed sessions, delivered time, and services already rendered are non refundable.

Digital materials that have been accessed, delivered, or used are non refundable.

Add ons that have been fully provided, including one off consults, custom preparation, or personalized work already completed, are non refundable.

Outcome Based Refund Exclusion

Because spiritual outcomes are inherently personal, subjective, and dependent on participant participation, the organization cannot evaluate, verify, or guarantee results. Accordingly, refunds shall not be granted on the basis of claims that a service, session, course, or content did not work, did not produce a desired outcome, or did not meet personal expectations of results.

Refund Deductions

Any approved refund shall be reduced by non refundable payment processing fees, typically five to seven percent and potentially up to ten percent depending on currency exchange and processor costs, and any applicable bank reversal fees. Such fees are not returned to the organization by payment processors and therefore are deducted from the refund amount.

Discounts and Promotional Pricing

The organization may offer discounts, bundle pricing, needs based discounts, and limited time promotions. Discounts are generally time limited, not continuous, not retroactive, and may not be stackable unless stated in writing. Discount availability is determined by the organization in its discretion.

Internship for Tuition Option

The organization may offer an internship for tuition arrangement subject to availability and project needs. Participants may contribute meaningful support to current projects and, where agreed in writing, may receive enrollment in specified courses or programs. Such arrangements are not guaranteed and are administered in the organization’s discretion.
