All information, services, courses, sessions, communications, mentoring, coaching, resources, programs, products, and content provided by Undefinable And Expansive Inc., an IRS-recognized nonprofit 501(c)(3) religious and spiritual organization, doing business as “Open And Clear,” are offered solely within a spiritual, religious, educational, and devotional context.

Open And Clear may operate through its departments, including but not limited to Open And Clear Academy, Open And Clear Productions, Open And Clear Broadcasting, Open And Clear Services, Open And Clear Publications, Open And Clear Community, Open And Clear Lifestyles, and Open And Clear Merchandise. These departments exist to support the religious, spiritual, educational, inspirational, charitable, and community-centered purposes of Undefinable And Expansive Inc.

The purpose of these offerings is to support sincere personal and spiritual growth, religious exploration, devotional practice, spiritual education, community participation, and inspired living in a manner that honors privacy, trust, inclusion, and the sacred nature of participation.

Religious Nonprofit Identity

Undefinable And Expansive Inc. is an IRS-recognized nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization operating as a religious spiritual center. Its work is grounded in spiritual devotion, religious education, community support, contemplative practice, inspirational expression, and the cultivation of direct spiritual experience.

All offerings made through Open And Clear and its departments are intended to further the nonprofit, charitable, religious, educational, and spiritual mission of the organization. Participation, contributions, course access, memberships, services, events, media, publications, and merchandise may support the organization’s ongoing spiritual programs, religious services, educational outreach, community development, broadcasting, publications, and charitable operations.

Belief in Our Work and Honest Limits

Undefinable And Expansive Inc., DBA “Open And Clear,” sincerely affirms its belief in its spiritual work, religious practices, devotional offerings, and educational programs. The organization intends to support meaningful personal, spiritual, and religious growth.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no representation is made and no claim is stated or implied that any specific outcome, result, or effect will occur, whether spiritual, emotional, relational, professional, financial, physical, psychological, or otherwise.

Any testimonials, stories, reflections, statements, or examples of experience that appear on any associated website, broadcast, publication, course, program, event, product, or communication are provided solely as general information and individual experience narratives. Such materials do not constitute promises, guarantees, predictions, warranties, or assurances of results. Individual outcomes, if any, vary materially based on multiple factors, including the participant’s level of involvement, consistency, dedication, openness, readiness, beliefs, choices, and circumstances.

No Typical Results, No Outcome Promises

Spiritual growth, religious experience, and personal transformation are inherently personal and subjective. Accordingly, nothing shall be construed as typical results, average results, assured results, or guaranteed results.

No assurance is made that prior experiences, testimonials, spiritual reflections, historical outcomes, or examples described by others are indicative of future results for any participant.

The offerings of Undefinable And Expansive Inc., DBA “Open And Clear,” are not presented as a system that guarantees change. Participants are advised to engage with discernment, personal responsibility, and spiritual sincerity.

Scope of Practice and Professional Boundaries

All practitioners, ministers, mentors, teachers, facilitators, advisors, volunteers, representatives, and service providers connected to Undefinable And Expansive Inc., DBA “Open And Clear,” and any of its departments are to be understood strictly as spiritual and religious advisors offering guidance based on personal experience, spiritual practice, religious perspective, devotional study, and educational context.

Unless expressly stated in writing with verified credentials, no practitioner associated with these offerings is licensed, certified, or legally trained in medicine, psychology, psychotherapy, psychiatry, law, finance, or any other regulated professional field.

The services, programs, courses, events, media, publications, products, and communications are not intended and shall not be construed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, condition, medical concern, mental health issue, legal matter, financial matter, or emergency circumstance.

No information or service provided through Undefinable And Expansive Inc., “Open And Clear,” Open And Clear Academy, Open And Clear Productions, Open And Clear Broadcasting, Open And Clear Services, Open And Clear Publications, Open And Clear Community, Open And Clear Lifestyles, Open And Clear Merchandise, or any related website, platform, session, event, course, publication, broadcast, product, message, email, or communication constitutes medical advice, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency guidance.

Professional Care and Emergency Situations

Participants with medical, mental health, legal, financial, safety, or emergency concerns are advised to consult qualified and licensed professionals.

In any crisis, emergency, or potentially life-threatening circumstance, participants must seek emergency services immediately and must not rely on spiritual services, religious guidance, courses, sessions, broadcasts, publications, community support, or merchandise as a substitute for urgent professional care.

These offerings are not suitable for life-threatening situations and are not a replacement for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency services.

Personal Responsibility

Any outcomes, experiences, insights, or changes, if any, are dependent upon the participant’s personal participation, dedication, openness, choices, readiness, interpretation, and circumstances.

The participant remains solely responsible for decisions and actions taken before, during, and after engagement with any offering, service, course, session, event, publication, broadcast, community activity, or product.

The participant agrees that Undefinable And Expansive Inc., DBA “Open And Clear,” including Open And Clear Academy, Open And Clear Productions, Open And Clear Broadcasting, Open And Clear Services, Open And Clear Publications, Open And Clear Community, Open And Clear Lifestyles, Open And Clear Merchandise, and any related ministers, practitioners, facilitators, volunteers, representatives, contractors, or affiliates, shall not be liable for decisions made or actions taken by the participant in reliance on any information, spiritual guidance, service, course, session, message, email, publication, broadcast, event, product, or communication.

Privacy and Confidentiality

As an IRS-recognized nonprofit 501(c)(3) religious and spiritual organization, Undefinable And Expansive Inc., DBA “Open And Clear,” treats participation, support requests, spiritual involvement, religious involvement, and community engagement as private and sacred.

The organization affirms that it has no intention to expose, exploit, misuse, or breach participant support, involvement, communications, or spiritual participation.

The organization does not sell personal information. The organization does not rent, trade, or broker personal information. The organization does not use participant involvement to create advertising profiles.

The organization is not Google, Facebook, Meta, or any similar third-party platform and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or operated by any such entity. If a participant chooses to sign in, subscribe, register, purchase, donate, contribute, or interact through third-party providers, those providers may collect information under their own privacy policies, technologies, and terms, which are outside the control of Undefinable And Expansive Inc., DBA “Open And Clear.”

Subscription Renewal, Cancellation, and Refund Administration

Automatic Renewal

Subscription-based offerings, where applicable, renew automatically each billing cycle, whether weekly, monthly, annual, or otherwise, according to the plan selected by the participant at the time of purchase, provided the payment method remains valid and the account remains reachable.

Cancellation and Access Through Term

Cancellation may be completed at any time through the participant’s account dashboard, where available, or by contacting the organization.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the then-current paid billing period unless otherwise stated in writing for a particular offering.

Plan Changes

Plan changes may be implemented by discontinuing an existing subscription and initiating a new subscription or plan. The prior plan continues through its current billing cycle at the agreed price.

Where appropriate and at the organization’s discretion, remaining value may be applied as a credit toward a new plan when requested by the participant and when administratively feasible.

Refund Requests

Refund requests may be submitted within thirty days of purchase. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in the organization’s discretion, subject to the limitations and exclusions stated herein, and is administered with compassion and clarity.

Growth-Oriented Services and Discomfort

Spiritual mentoring, coaching, religious education, devotional practice, and personal growth services are designed to encourage sincere growth, which may include healthy discomfort.

The participant acknowledges that discomfort alone does not establish refund eligibility. The organization distinguishes healthy discomfort, which may accompany learning and spiritual development, from harm, which the organization does not intend to cause and does not seek to cross.

Participants agree to notify their minister, mentor, coach, facilitator, or organizational contact promptly if overwhelming distress arises so that pacing, scope, or format may be adjusted where appropriate and so that alternatives may be explored before a refund request is pursued.

Gentle Counsel Pacing

Where a participant has selected a non-discounted Gentle Counsel option, the organization intends to honor the pacing and intensity associated with that option.

If the participant determines the option remains unsuitable, the parties may discuss early termination and an appropriate resolution consistent with this policy.

Unintentional Renewal Refunds

In the event an unintended subscription renewal is processed, the organization may refund that renewal charge, less non-refundable payment processing fees and any applicable bank reversal costs.

Payment processing fees are typically five to seven percent and may be up to ten percent depending on currency exchange, platform, and processor costs. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Financial Hardship Considerations

In the event of financial hardship, the participant may request a pause, plan modification, scholarship consideration, payment plan option, or other accommodation.

Where appropriate, the organization may consider a prorated or partial refund limited to unused future services, subject to the exclusions stated herein.

Services Already Begun

Once services have started, the participant acknowledges that time delivered, sessions completed, preparation performed, custom work begun, and services already rendered are not refundable.

If a participant elects to discontinue participation, the organization may, in its discretion, consider a partial refund only for unused future sessions that have not been delivered, provided the request is made within the thirty-day refund request window and subject to administrative feasibility.

Non-Refundable Items

Completed sessions, delivered time, and services already rendered are non-refundable.

Digital materials that have been accessed, delivered, downloaded, viewed, or used are non-refundable.

Add-ons that have been fully provided, including one-off consultations, custom preparation, personalized work, spiritual review, production work, publication support, broadcasting support, design work, or any completed service, are non-refundable.

Merchandise, physical products, printed materials, or lifestyle items may be subject to separate product-specific return, replacement, or refund terms where applicable.

Outcome-Based Refund Exclusion

Because spiritual outcomes, religious experience, and personal transformation are inherently personal, subjective, and dependent on participant participation, the organization cannot evaluate, verify, or guarantee results.

Accordingly, refunds shall not be granted on the basis of claims that a service, session, course, program, event, publication, broadcast, product, or content did not work, did not produce a desired outcome, or did not meet personal expectations of results.

Refund Deductions

Any approved refund shall be reduced by non-refundable payment processing fees, typically five to seven percent and potentially up to ten percent depending on currency exchange, platform, and processor costs, and any applicable bank reversal fees.

Such fees are not returned to the organization by payment processors and therefore are deducted from the refund amount.

Discounts and Promotional Pricing

The organization may offer discounts, bundle pricing, needs-based discounts, scholarships, contribution-supported access, and limited-time promotions.

Discounts are generally time-limited, not continuous, not retroactive, and may not be stackable unless stated in writing. Discount availability is determined by the organization in its discretion.

Internship for Tuition Option

The organization may offer an internship-for-tuition arrangement subject to availability, project needs, program requirements, and organizational discretion.

Participants may contribute meaningful support to current projects and, where agreed in writing, may receive enrollment in specified courses or programs. Such arrangements are not guaranteed and are administered in the organization’s discretion.

Departments of Open And Clear

Open And Clear Academy may include spiritual education, courses, classes, trainings, certifications, study groups, devotional learning, and personal or religious development programs.

Open And Clear Productions may include media creation, video production, audio production, event production, creative works, inspirational materials, and related spiritual or educational content.

Open And Clear Broadcasting may include livestreams, recordings, podcasts, radio-style programming, meditation broadcasts, worship-related media, and online spiritual communications.

Open And Clear Services may include spiritual mentoring, religious guidance, devotional support, energy-based spiritual practice, ceremonies, blessings, coaching within a spiritual context, and related community offerings.

Open And Clear Publications may include books, articles, lessons, written works, inspirational materials, educational resources, editing, publishing guidance, and spiritually oriented creative support.

Open And Clear Community may include gatherings, events, group participation, spiritual circles, devotional celebrations, volunteer opportunities, online community, and local community engagement.

Open And Clear Lifestyles may include spiritually inspired lifestyle resources, practices, devotional tools, wellness-adjacent spiritual education, and supportive materials for daily spiritual living.

Open And Clear Merchandise may include products, printed materials, apparel, devotional items, symbolic goods, educational materials, and other mission-aligned items that support the nonprofit, religious, educational, and charitable purposes of the organization.
