What is involved:

  • The entire journey is not planned and is all guided by spirit.

  • All coaching includes spontaneous communication with coach when available and happens naturally.

  • First Two weeks of focused preparation with four sessions a week.

  • A Second Two week of Full-Spectrum Diet support and everyday direction and guidance.

  • Set up around ending the last few days on location together for the journey.
